Stevvin: a Description

While a member of Scorpionis until the Spinward War, Stevvin always had a strong popular nationalist movement.  Within the chaos of the war situation, the revolution was quick and effective.  The People's Revolutionary Government of Stevvin was the prime mover in the formation of the Tail Nations alliance, and their reporting of atrocities by the withdrawing Scorpionis forces was a significant factor in that government's absorption into Corona to form the TradeMain Foundation.
