I am re-slotted as I had to drop out so I could go to a war. So I was offered the chance to step in to take next years. The last time we went to ACE the next two Oompahs were kinda set. Dave, who did the one XI, staggered forward a few minutes before I did. That is how I got on the list to do XII. Anyone wanting to volunteer does not need to find a secret committee, and if there was one, who could you tell about it anyway? The rules for volunteering follow, to the best of my limitied knowledge, the rules of the DOD. Rule #1 - There are no rules Rule #0 - Go Ride.
