In fact, I am willing to endlessly defer my own hosting of an RCR again to the extent that someone else wants to jump in and do one. At the last RCR there was no one making any noises about hosting it, til Jan mentioned that I was interested. Then Sharon said Jim really wanted to get to host one since his plans on hosting it this year had been thwarted by getting called up for Middle East duty. I was willing to defer for him. Then Bill approached me and said he'd been seriously considering saying he wanted to do one in the future, but that next year was too soon, so he asked if he could do 2005 instead of me. I was up for that. No secret committees, just the facts. I am sure we would all be delighted if other volunteers want to step up, and that if someone is really interested in doing it in a particular year for some special reason that it would probably be accomodated.
