So does this mean that if there are other volunteers that they should
also speak up and get their name(s) in a slot on the list? Is this
going to be the "new" tradition for selecting RCR Oompahs? Is it
first come first serve based on posting their request to "East"? or
does it require some secret committee to review and approve it?
