Quick, a show of hands please so we can count... I thought so. Seriously though, you can find what the majority of us would call nice riding areas in most states (maybe not ND), but for an RCR we'd probably prefer one where we have a good chance of finding a nice group of old and new friends. While many among us are out of our minds enough to ride 1000+ miles (mostly backroads) to an event, we realize that quite a few of the denizens we'd like to see at an RCR can't often make such a long trip, for any of a long list of reasons. For all the talk of Pennsylvania being north of the accepted borders of the RCR, it would probably draw quite a few denizens you might not have seen at an RCR in a while.
