Martyn you would've loved the Hop Wine I got to sample several years ago
at a home brew club meeting.  I don't have the recipe and the lady who
made it moved to WA.  It was wonderful stuff, if you like hops which I
do.

The worst possible hangover comes from any alcholic beverage made with
honey.  A mead hangover is quite painful.  The worst possible hangover
I've ever had was in August '93.  I overindulged on a Saturday night in a
perfectly wonderful Honey Dunkel Weisen.  This was class winner in a local
homebrewing keg competition.  It was Tuesday before I could drag my a**
into work.
