Chris,

You are the only motorcycle person whose email address I know; I don't
know if you were at the RCR in NC or not, but I wanted to get a message
out to the motorcycle folks that Dave had an accident in Albany, NY. I
don't know what happened; all I know is that he was incredibly lucky,
according to the nurse. He's got a bad broken leg and is in surgery
right now to repair that.  Otherwise, he seems to be ok.  I'm heading
down to Albany Medical Center tomorrow morning and he is supposed to be
in the hospital for at least a few days.  If you know James Revell (from
Va.), could you forward this message to him, and anyone else that went
to the RCR?  Thanks.

he will be moving to a regular hosp. room.
