I will be arranging the beer that we drink. At past RCRs, charging $10 per person has covered the varying drink capacities of all attendees. I will be buying exactly as much beer as attendees' collective $10 will purchace, the bulk of which will probably be consumed on Saturday night. However, if you are expecting to drink significantly larger quantities of beer than you think $10 would accommodate, you're free to bring your own, and you might want to grab some extras for Friday night as well. } 4 - The bunkhouses, as of last Labor Day, had two bunkbeds apiece in } them (able to accomodate four people) Has Roy 'remodeled' them to } only have two single beds? I also assume from your post that the cost } of the bunkhouses is the same as the cost of the cabin? I have not been to Riders Roost, myself. The way it was described to me last week was double beds in the cabins, and singles in the bunkhouse, three per room. I have reserved the entire bunkhouse, and currently, to reduce organizational mayhem, the rate for bunkhouse and cabin are the same for our visit. If I need to refund money once we're there, I will reimburse the individuals involved at the site. Note: The cabin and bunk space is reserved for the people who get me their checks first. If you (general you, not specific) go a few days early and grab bunk space before the group gets there, yet your check was not among the first that I received for indoor accommodations, I will be asking you to move your things out of the indoor space, assuming we run out of room for everyone who wants it. catness... -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------- catness@apocalypse.org Calamari Club 001 - Squid Wannabe 1989 Honda CB-1 -> the chicken hawk KotCCL, KotKotLD1, KotNEFBL, KotNEFBWL http://www.apocalypse.org/~catness/cat/dod.html DoD Conformist #1330, AMA #382569 Hex Wench #1 - Recruit, NEDoD Navy "The masses can nibble my bum." - Dean Cookson ---------------- This is not your living room.
