It wasn't a complete fiasco.  First of all there were too many folks
starting out.  Second many didn't realize what a relaxed pace for you
really is. :-)  Third, the lunch place wasn't up to the influx of
people and it took forever to eat.

That was in and of itself a real screw up,  but if I didn't have a bike
hiccup at the start I think that it would have been avoided.

I would vote for dropping some of the end.  As I remember it the
farthest bridge was the most interesting.
