Gaah, Martyn, you're too much the gentleman for me.  I wouldn't have
been so nice.  :-)

I apologize for the misunderstanding, and also for the "attack post".

Sad to say, what with switching jobs all the time, I won't have enough
vacation time accrued to do this _and_ also do a vacation with the
family.  Later, when the wife and kids have their own bikes, perhaps.

I hear British Columbia is nice in the summer, too.  :-)  The year
after, perhaps Peru, or the mountains of Szechuan province...
