Yeah, it's east of the Mississippi and west of the Atlantic.
If you'd been paying attention, you'd know those have been
the ground rules for 5 years.

What bullshit.  The RCR is as open as it's ever been.  It's
just that until this year, there hasn't been any whining by
posers because it isn't in their back yard.
