Subject: Re: RCR pics From: "Mike DiTullio" Date: Tue, 6 Jun 2000 18:31:15 -0400 (EDT) I talked to Mark about a half hour ago. He has a crack at cup portion of the large forearm bone and another crack ( the dr in Ky missed this one) at a lower section of the same bone. A week in a cast, another x-ray and then 2 weeks in another cast or a splint is what the ortho dr told him this morning. The cup break is exactly like the one Dan got at the SF. To say mom and dad were upset would be an understatement. But we joked our way out of it and they're just happy that both of us wear just about every piece of protection gear available. The kicker to all this was that last night, while the family was watching tv, King of Queens shows the episode where Kevin James buys a motorcycle against his wife's wishes. "You'll kill yourself or end up in a wheelchair" pleaded the wife. I thought we should change the channel :-) I have to admit that Kevin did one hell of a job picking up the Honda Shadow he kept crashing in that episode. They either made a plastic mock-up for him or he's pretty strong. The NJ/PA group wasn't totally cursed. I made it back home without event although I rode through 400 miles of rain and 55 degree weather. And hopefully Petky and FancyBoy's extended trip is also without incident.
