I guess I'm lucky to be mid way North/South, although too far West ... However ... I'd vote for someplace that has the best riding roads! To me, that means West Virginia, North Carolina, or maybe the edges of Virginia, Tenn, or Ohio. You will note I've left Maryland and Pennsylvania out of that list. Their roads are OK, some even better than OK, but their cops are very offensive - and I'd maybe include Ohio and Virginia in on that too. Plus, the further North East you go, the more traffic there is on the roads. There's no point of riding a great curvy road if you are doing it at creep speed behind Bubba's pickup, or somebody on the way back from the grocery store at 35 MPH. Yeah, yeah ... I know, I'm a sorehead or sumpthin' but that's the way it is. On a better subject :-) somebody tell Martyn my pictures came out great! The llama stamp on his forehead is *real* clear!
