Question to consider:  Will it be rideable AFTER the bolt is removed or
will there be too much play with the axle/chain?  If not, acquire a
replacement bolt before you extract the old one.

Damn you guys are getting as verbose as a room full of Andy Woodwards.
BTW, I forgot the guy's name but the Brit who flew in for RCR-IV pulled
a great prank on somebody at RCR.  It might have been on Crispy but I
can't remember.  Anyway, he walked up to Crispy and said:  "Hi, I'm Andy
Woodward."  Crispy's face turned white.  ;-)
