While not the most flavorful of the sauces I sampled at Tim's house (the night before the RCR), the sauce in question definitely works well on BBQ cheeseburgers! Smear about 1-2 teaspoons on after cooking. Tim really is the Keeper of the Hot Peppers. He had many varieties of hot sauces, pepper sauces, pepper/garlic sauces, a huge basket of *home grown* peppers of every shape and size, and the burned-out taste buds to gobble the stuff down in quantity. - Roid
