Pallique: a Teeming World in an Empty System

The industrial world of Pallique is well-known for its vacuum suits (tech level E) and its air recycling equipment. Pallique's star system is extensively populated with asteroids, as the primary and secondary belts tend to interact. The hazard from meteorite showers has led to almost total underground construction.  The research stations on Cormoran and in the Adthan Belt are working to improve intrasystem forecasting and traffic control, as well as asteroid orbit deflection techniques.

The IISS is currently reviewing the validity of the "In" and "Ic" classifications of this system.
